Return Policy

  1. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds of any kind on any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

    Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only) We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to request a replacement for a damaged item, you must do so within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed, no exchange will be offered.

    To be eligible for a defective item exchange:

    1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    2. The item must be in its original packaging.

    3. The item must not be a sale item (sale items are strictly not eligible for exchanges).

    4. The item must not fall under our exempted product categories (exempted categories are identified at the time of purchase).

    Exchange Process For accepted exchange requests, once your damaged product is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If the exchange is approved after our quality check, your replacement will be processed in accordance with our policies.
