Refund Policy

  1. This policy outlines how cancellations and product issues are handled for purchases made through the Platform. Please note that GRAVIX AUTOCARE PRIVATE LIMITED maintains a strict NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. Cancellations

    • Because we do not issue refunds, approved cancellations will be issued as store credit or an exchange only.

    • Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 7 days of placing the order.

    • We cannot entertain cancellation requests if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated, or if the product is out for delivery. (In such events, rejecting the product at the doorstep will not result in a refund).

    • GRAVIX AUTOCARE PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (like flowers, eatables, etc.).

    Damaged or Defective Items (Replacements Only)

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.

    • We will arrange a replacement once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and verified the defect/damage at their own end. Refunds will not be provided.

    • For perishable items, a replacement can be made if you successfully establish that the quality of the delivered product was unacceptable upon arrival.

    Products Not As Expected

    • Because our policy is strictly no-refund, we cannot return money if you feel the product is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations. You may bring this to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product, and our team will look into the complaint to take an appropriate decision regarding a potential exchange.

    Manufacturer Warranties

    • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.

    Rare Exceptions

    • In the highly exceptional event that a refund is legally mandated or explicitly approved by GRAVIX AUTOCARE PRIVATE LIMITED at its sole discretion, it will take 15 days for the approved refund to be processed to you.
